Finding the right location was a problem. we had two major requirements.
First, my wife insisted in having an Oak Tree in the yard. My requirement was to be in town, maybe in the same neighbourhood I had grown to love.
After a year of negotiation, we purchased a large corner lot that had been in a Conway familly for years. This was 2006 and the price we paid for such lot was unheard of in Conway, but taking in consideration the Real estate market and the lack of city lots, I felt it was a fair price.
